Is this a physical coupon book?
No. This is a 100% digital product. All coupons are accessed online or on your mobile device — no printing, no paper, and no physical book.
How long do the coupons last?
Each coupon has its own clearly stated expiry date, usually valid for 6–12 months from launch. Expiry dates are shown on every individual offer.
Where is TheFundraiser.ca available?
TheFundraiser.ca launches city by city across Canada, with expansion planned into the United States. Each city has its own local directory featuring businesses from that area.

Can I limit redemptions?
Yes. You may include reasonable limitations such as:
One use per customer
Dine-in only
Weekday only

All restrictions must be clearly stated in the offer.
Do I need special equipment or apps?
No. Coupons are redeemed visually on the customer’s device. No scanners, apps, or software are required.

How does fundraising work?
Fundraising groups sell access to their city’s digital coupon directory. For every sale:
The group earns a fixed percentage of each purchase
No cash handling is required
No upfront costs or inventory
Funds are tracked digitally
How do groups sell the fundraiser?
Groups sell through:
Personalized sales links
QR codes
Social media sharing
Email and text campaigns
In-person sharing using mobile devices
When do groups get paid?
Payouts are issued after the fundraising campaign ends, directly to the group via electronic payment.
Is there a minimum number of sales?
Yes. Each group is asked to sell minimum 200 coupon packs
For Buyers / Supporters
What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing digital access to a city-specific coupon directory that includes multiple local business offers.
How do I access my coupons after purchase?
Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive:
On-screen access
A confirmation email with access instructions
Ongoing access from any device
Can I share my coupons?
Coupons are intended for personal use only. Sharing, duplication, or resale is prohibited.
Checkout & Payment Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure online payment processing.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. TheFundraiser.ca does not store your payment details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. A digital receipt is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final.
Why are there no refunds?
TheFundraiser.ca sells digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once access is granted, refunds are not possible.
What if I don’t use the coupons?
Unused coupons do not qualify for refunds or credits. We recommend reviewing the participating businesses and expiry dates before purchasing.
What if a business closes?
If a business closes or stops participating, no refunds are issued. The overall value of the directory is based on multiple participating businesses, not a single offer.
Coupon Use & Expiry
What happens when a coupon expires?
Expired coupons cannot be redeemed. Expiry dates are clearly listed on each offer.
Can expiry dates be extended?
No. Expiry dates are set by the business and cannot be extended.
Can offers change?
Offers may be updated or removed at any time by the participating business
